 Las bitácoras o blogs que encontramos en Internet, se encuentran plagados de diferente tipo de información; hay misceláneos, otros que recolectan posts de otros blogueros, los que exponen su trabajo, sin olvidar los especializados. Y es en esta variedad, donde aparece una nueva tendencia: "Novelas blog", las cuales relatan hechos "ficticios" o proyectan situaciones reales en una novela.

Abro los ojos y me incorporo de un salto. Noto los sordos latidos de mi corazón acelerado en las sienes y mi respiración agitada. ¿Era él realmente o un eco del recuerdo? Es tan sólo un fragmento del capítulo número cinco de Taxi 327, una novela blog del español Ángel J. Blanco, quien relata una escalofriante historia sobre un taxista sugestionado por una voz que escucha desde su interior; así, secuestra a un hombre y pone su vida en peligro, sólo por "la extraña voz".

La novela blog surge a raíz de los avances tecnológicos, pues no hace mucho con la invención de los e-books, la gente pudo leer libros virtuales desde su PDA o celular.

Hoy, las bitácoras posibilitan que los bloggers saquen al escritor que llevan dentro y que los amantes de la lectura accedan a sus trabajos desde cualquier lugar con conexión a Internet; también es importante la creatividad, pues el uso de imágenes de apoyo facilita el proceso, tal como sucede con 365, una novela blog que contiene un post diario a partir del primero de enero de 2006 y hasta el 31 de diciembre del mismo año.

En palabras del escritor Pedro Granados, la novela blog es "en términos argumentales, la blogonovela (como género literario) es una historia de largo aliento escrita en capítulos inversos (quizá sea, junto al sistema de comentarios, el mayor aporte de originalidad que el formato blog le ofrece a este género literario), atomizados (pueden empezar a leerse desde cualquier punto sin perder por ello el hilo global de la acción), narrados en primera persona, con una trama que ocurre en tiempo real, en donde el protagonista es consciente del formato que utiliza y en el que la realidad afecta al devenir de los acontecimientos".

Los escritores que deseen comenzar su blogonovela pueden protegerla con una licencia de Creative Commons de forma gratuita; con ella, protegen el trabajo intelectual de cada blogger, pues evita el mal uso y obliga a otorgarle el crédito correspondiente al autor.

Hay sitios que se han encargado de darle un espacio a las novelas blogs y a los blogger-escritores; en Generación Blog encontrarás diferentes historias como Diario Estupefaciente o Squizophrenia de Abel Ruiz.

Si bien muchos ya las consideran como un género literario, hay quienes prefieren la novela impresa, pero lo que sí no podemos dejar de lado es la creatividad y el espacio gratuito que han encontrado los amantes de la literatura en las bitácoras.

Agora falando sério, quem me deu a idéia de falar nesse "Jeitinho Brasileiro" foi o Marcelo Coutinho, do Ibope - li esta entrevista dele na Carta Capital. A questão é "qual é a do brasileiro na internet?". Tá certo que a coisa explodiu com os equipamentos baratos, as crianças brincando dentro de casa (e na frente do computador) e as opções de entretenimento, mas porque Orkut e não algum outro site? E dos colaborativos, por que aguns vão pra frente e outros não?

Não sei se essa discussão é clichê, mas fiquei pensando nisso hoje. O Coutinho tem algumas respostas. Primeiro que o brasileiro tem uma tendência a freqüentar mais redes sociais, ele fica em média cinco horas conectado nestes sites, enquanto a média mundial é de duas horas. E isto afeta a socialização das pessoas, o quanto elas passam a valorizar seus relacionamentos "online". Nesta coisa toda entram as empresas e suas imagens sendo submetidas ao julgamento e publicação dos comentários dos internautas. Tem também aquela coisa do brasileiro de querer comentar e responder as notícias. Segundo o Coutinho, isso é muito particular do Brasil.

O cenário está ai, mas por que alguns sites dão mais certo que os outros por aqui? A resposta provavelmente está nas tags "comunidade" e "colaborativo". Uma coisa alimenta a outra e forma-se a bola de neve. Por que Orkut e não Facebook, então? Fica ai pro próximo post da minha tentativa de dominação da internet brasileira... hehehe

It's been a few months, and I feel the need to play with my theme again. As before, I may decide to leave it as is, or change it all together. Be patient, please, and again, as usual if you see something you like, or don't like, your feedback is both welcome and appreciated. 

At some point, I expect to try out all of the Wordpress themes or eventually just self-host and have a custom design made. Until then, I'm rearranging the furniture one more time.

Será amanhã, às16h, no Rio Vermelho, largo da Cira. Um encontro informal para trocar idéias sobre cibercultura, blogs e afins, além disso um bom momento para conhecer novos blogueiros baianos, ou aqueles que estão de passagem pela Bahia.

Nu mijn ogen dus open houden en rondkijken voor baantjes die mij leuk lijken.........er is hier wel een enorm tekort aan werknemers, dus dat scheelt heel erg..........dus we zullen zien. Moet wel eerlijk toegeven dat ik het ook wel erg spannend vind........na 6 jaar bij Zorgmaat gewerkt te hebben, is het toch wel erg vertrouwd geweest....en nu dan weer een nieuw werkomgeving en de dingen allemaal leren enzo.....en dat in t engels......ha ha! Komt goed.......toch?!!! :)

Naast dit......moet ik met schaamrood op de kaken toegeven dat ik al een maand niets geschreven heb......zeer ernstig Elsbeth! Komt grotendeels omdat er eigenlijk niet zo veel gebeurd is......ik geniet van alle vrije tijd en houdt ons huisje lekker schoon....haal boodschapjes en kook elke avond (nagenoeg.....Mat kookt ook hoor!) Het is erg veel voorkomend hier om uit eten te gaan......is goedkoper dan in Nederland, in de meeste gevallen......in een gewoon degelijk restaurant betaal je zo'n 15 euro voor een avondmaaltijd + drinken........ga je naar de Fastfood place.......dan is het iets van 5 dollar voor een menu.....Maar Mat en ik houden allebei meer van thuis eten....lekker zelf koken en als je niet steeds naar de McDonalds wilt...ha!.....dan toch ook zeker goedkoper!

Sinds iets van 3 weken zijn we lid van de sportschool........jaaaahhhhhhhhh, goed he! ha! En het leuke is dat het achter ons huisje is.....op 2 min lopen!! :) Is handig joh...kan je eerst zien of t druk is.... Het is een normaal formaat sportschool......maar wat echt leuk is, is dat ze ook een basketbalveld hebben (indoors), een zwembad....een hottub en natuurlijk de sauna! Nou moet ik wel toegeven dat ik die nog nooit gebruikt heb.......maar als het buiten deze winter in de -10 en erger gaat worden...nou, dan denk ik dat ik wel een avondje kan vullen in de hot tub en de sauna!!! Oh.....wat nog leuker daaraan is.......is dat badkleding verplicht is!! Phiewwwww!!!! Echt beter!!!! :) Dan durf ik wel............................. ;)

Ik zal binnenkort ook ff een aantal foto's online zetten......en dat om mijn kookkunst te laten zien.........zeg verder niet hoe of wat....................

Prior to opening HottiesNet.com to you on September 5th, 2008 the webmasters of this site simply uploaded 2 scripts. A message forum with tons of features (not yet added) of course and a wiki for hot men and women that can even include you to begin working on.

Remember up above we said this site will be completely built by you? As far as we know there has never been a website that has allowed everything that happens on it to be decided by its members, so starting now here is the entire world of hotties chance to do just that. Together with other hot men and women like yourself we wish you the best. We will build this site based on your wants, not ours.

Here are a few simple rules before you begin. All other site rules will be decided by the community.

... Wilma had six lovely puppies late on Wednesday night - two days after we moved in to the railway carriage house. They are all doing well, in a homemade whelping box in the compartment that used to be the spare bedroom. The excitement over these new lives - and admiration for Wilma's natural confidence as a new mother - has almost eclipsed everything else this week. Nonetheless, I think you will agree that great progress has been made. For a start, we finally have glass in the kitchen windows!

The kitchen cupboards are nearly finished and the reclaimed school chemistry lab tops sanded down and looking good - I'm trying to track down the mineral oil needed to give them the finishing touch. With an old garden table and junk shop chairs in place - even a bunch of flowers from some visitors - it really does feel like home. And I'm pleased with the first coat of paint on the back kitchen wall (the rest will be white). Outside the kitchen extension has been neatly weather-boarded in local Douglas fir -

I can't wait to be able to step outside the french windows on to a generous deck, shaded by grape vines in summer. The impact of the new addition from outside is nothing compared to the dramatic new light-flooded space inside. Everyone who comes in says it is like the Tardis!

A solar panel has been fitted to the roof - not that you can see it - and I've enjoyed my first solar-powered bath which was totally toasty even on a cold rainy day, with no added input from the oil-fired back-up system. Work is continuing apace on the walk-in larder, which has a smart slate floor and quite a few of its shelves installed, and on my cosy ship-shape study -

- even if someone else has quite understandably taken a fancy to it...

So all is well here. I feel well and truly moved in and happy to be here at last - even if most of our furniture and stuff has yet to follow. Almost all of the noisy work has finished, which is just as well for Wilma and the pups. We have a load of painting to do - some I'll do myself but most is in the capable hands of Laura, the twenty-something-daughter of a neighbour of ours down the dirt rack. The spanking new kitchen sink and cooker have been installed. The electrician is scheduled for Sunday, so I'll no longer have to cook by candlelight. Mary and I spent the morning re-organizing her bedroom to incorporate a tall but narrow chest of drawers that will house all her clothes, including her new school uniform for next Wednesday. Frank arrived mid-afternoon today from London, where he still has to spend a couple of nights a week, keen for his first encounter with the puppies. We lit the wood burner for the first time (one of the few things about this wretched wet weather to be grateful for) and cracked open a bottle of champagne. Here's to new lives - those of the puppies, and our own new adventure, down here by the sea.
