Birazda deniz urunlerinden yararlanalim. Bu tarif benim Sonoma diet yemek kitabindan ve cok lezzetli bir tarif. Once sizi dusundurebilir aman cok seyler gerekiyor bunu pisirmek icin yada cok uzun bir tarif diye bastan vazgecebilirsiniz. Ama inanin butun malzemeler eminim evinizde vardir. Original tarifte roka ve beyaz fasulye kullanilmis.Bense ispanak ve barbunya cinsi bir fasulye kullandim. Sefin kendisi ispanak kullanabilir diye yazdigi icin ispanagi tercih ettim. Bilmiyorum ama rokayi hep taze yemisimdir pismisini hic denemedim ve guzelim karideslerimin cope gitmesini goze alamadim. Ama siz rokayla deneyebilirsiniz.<br />

16 tane buyuk boy karides<br />
3 yemek kasigi zeytinyagi<br />
4 bas sarimsak, ince dogranmis<br />
4 tatli kasigi ince dogranmis biberiye<br />
6 tane ince dilimlenmis sarimsak<br />
1/4 tatli kasigi kirmizi pul biber<br />
1/4 tatli kasigi tuz<br />
1/4 tatli kasigi karabiber<br />
1 tatli kasigi limon kabugu rendesi<br />
2 yemek kasigi ince kiyilmis kuru domates<br />
2  yemek kasigi ince kiyilmis maydanoz<br />
2 demet ispanak, kokleri ayrilacak<br />
1 su brd fasulye.(konservede kullanilabilir.</p>
<p>1 orta boy dilimlenmis kirmizi sogan</p>
<p>Garnitur icn birkac sap biberiye</p>
<p>Yapilisi:</p>
<p>Karidesi temizleyip yikayin.</p>
<p>Ufak bir tasta 1 yemek kasigi zeytinyagini, sarimsagi ve biberiyeyi harmanlayip karideside ilave edin ve 10 dakika kadar bu sos icinde birakin.</p>
<p>Bu arada buyuk bir tavada yada tencerede geri kalan 2 yemek kasigi zeytinyagini, 1 kasik biberiyeyi, dilimlenmis sarimsagi, kirmizi pul biberini, tuz ve karabiberi koyup 5 dakika kadar soteleyin. Sarimsak hafifce kavruldugunda icine limon kabugu rendesi, limon suyu, kuru domatesi ve maydanozu ekleyin.</p>
<p>ispanginizin yarisini, fasulyeyi ve sogani bu karisima ekleyip 5 dakika kadar karistirin ve geri kalan ispanagida ekleyip 2 dakika kadar soteleyin.I spanaklarin yalnizca diriligi gidecek kadar.</p>
<p>Bu arada karideslerinizi bir tavaya alip (sosunla birlikte) orta kizgin bir ateste 5 dakika  soteleyin.</p>
<p>Ispanaginizi servis tabagina yerlestirip uzerinede karidesi koyup biberiyelerle susleyin. Afiyet olsun.</p>
