The game that you've just gazed at in confusion is Celebrity Sports Showdown on the Wii, which features a heap of celebrities nobody east of Puerto Rico could possible care about (MIA HAMM!).

Nearly four years ago, a more youthful, less skilled Passantino wrote a list of the Top Ten Rubbish Video Games That Feature Musicians, which despite being my sole entry into the world of video games journalist still puts me in the top 0.01 percentile of greatest games writers ever. The article also contains a shout out to Trashman, so I can't totally disown it despite some clumsy turns of phrase. It does, admittedly, miss out the Electronic Arts' 1998 release "Queen: The eYe", a video game based on a secret agent in the future who rediscovers the banned music of the 80s pomp pop irritants, and then sets about destroying those who banned it. Why you'd need to play an actual Queen video game when I'm 98% sure that Brian May spends 20 hours of each day on World of Warcraft, I have no idea.

Hello everyone:

My younger brother Josh and I have decided to get into the entertainment business and so we are set to launch a new record label this fall, called "Junior Records". Junior Records of course is a reminder to me that my little brother just a short while ago, and just 14 years old, came up with this wild idea of launching a record company. He says "it may be a wild idea" but he has some ideas on how to take on the major record labels and come up with something very exciting for the audience. I agree with my younger brother and even though we are young we have already accomplished tons in just a few months.

We now have artists on board, some of Hollywood's newest freshest producers working with our artists and should I mention, we even got the attention of of a New York based television group with top shows on TV now that is behind us on the launch of our TV series," The Industry TV Show" which is already coming to TV overseas this fall and is being positioned to launch on TV in the USA in Winter, 2009. Everyone asks how we made money to get this going. Thats a good question. Well for sure, we had to really hustle and when you watch our TV show, you find out just how we raised the money to launch our record label.

It's great to see so many female artists come together for a common cause. A new single titled "Just Stand Up" will be released exclusively on iTunes September 2nd to support the fight against cancer. It's already being broadcast on the radio. I heard it today on the radio and it really is a good song, which isn't always the case when you have so many artists on one song.

What's fun is to try and guess who sings what part. Go on and try, but it can get hard.

The song features a long list of chart topping female artists. It's just so insane. Here's the list: Rihanna, Fergie, Miley Cyrus, Natasha Bedingfield, Mary J. Blige, Beyonce, LeAnn Rhymes, Leona Lewis, Mariah Carey, Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge, Ciara, Keyshia Cole, Ashanti, and Carrie Underwood.

There's even a live performance scheduled during the broadcast of Stand Up To Cancer Special premiering on all the major television companies September 5th. The show starts at 8 p.m. EST. I'm looking forward to seeing that and also to purchasing the song.

"The E.N.D (Energy Never Dies)" - taki tytuł ma nosić najnowszy album Black Eyed Peas. Jego premierę planowano na jesień tego roku, co wiązało się trasą promocyjną po całym świecie. Nie wiadomo jednak, czy tak się stanie, ponieważ Fergie, postawiła zdecydowanie na karierę aktorską.

^ Czy skład BEP powróci do pierwotnego wyglądu?

Wokalistka nie zdecydowała się wziąć udziału w trasie promującej. Przykra wiadomość zawiodła szczególnie lidera grupy Will.I.Am'a, który wiązał z kolejnym albumem duże nadzieje. Dodatkowego smaczku sprawie nadaje to, iż Fergie stwierdziła, że nie ma teraz czasu i ochoty grać z zespołem. Nieładnie, prawda?

Fergie przygotowuje się obecnie do udziału w filmowym musicalu pt. "Nine", który trafi do kin w 2009 roku, a zobaczymy w nim m.in. Kate Hudson i Nicole Kidman.

Fergie acaba de assinar uma coleção de calçados, que leva seu nome, em parceria com a Brown Shoes. Os estilos parecem bem inspirados em seu próprio guarda-roupa, há modelos bem hit como as gladiadoras  e plataformas, e alguns estilos mais esportivos.  A coleção chega no exterior na Primavera de 2009.
