Before you even bother reading to far into this, this is only a trial and it is not free. I am very sorry about this but at the same time it is very easy to use and should defiantly be added to this list. This program is a nice spell-check and should look familiar, this is because it uses the simply red dotted line under your misspelled words. Also if you side-click the misspelled word it will give you a nice list of suggestions to help you spell at your top capabilities. I defiantly recommend this. You can download Accuspell here.

If your not so "techy" than you can also start writing with a nice free and easy program, which is completely open source. This program is named OpenOffice, this includes most of the features inside of Microsoft Word except this is completely free. OpenOffice includes many nice features, including all of the features listed above which is a PDF exporter and a extremely nice spell-check. If you don't feel like downloading 2 programs this I would defiantly recommend this to you. You can download OpenOffice here.

I cannot tell you how many times I have quoted this verse to myself.  I usually did it when I was at the crossroads of some major decision in my life.

As I look at the verse, I ponder what is meant by and why the Lord put the words “with all thine heart” in the passage.  I had always thought that trusting God was a pass-fail matter.  You either are trusting him or you are not.  I thought, “If I am trusting, how can I trust him more?”  It doesn’t say, “Trust him with part of your heart” or even “most of your heart.”  As I read this passage, I paused and pondered for quite some time about “all thine heart”.  I came up empty and decided to continue with my devotions.

As I then read the remainder of the verse, I discovered what it meant.  The key words are “Lean not unto thine own understanding”.  There are two ingredients that affect my faith: knowledge and understanding.  Most people are willing to trust God based on their knowledge of the scriptures, their past experiences with God or based on others’ testimonies or experiences, but this will only be with half of the heart.  What we, as saved sinners, are good at doing is trusting the Lord to work out our trial and then we begin to ponder and plan how it can be done.  We want to figure out a plan and then—because we have faith—believe that he will bless and deliver.  Trusting with all your heart is believing that God can and then leaving it to him to resolve the problem.

The remaining responsibility that we have is to acknowledge him.  If he needs us to do anything, he will direct our paths.  When we cease to look to him for direction and lean on our understanding, we do evil.  Proverbs 6:7 states, “Be not wise in thine own eyes, fear the Lord and depart from evil.”  This is why the Lord tells us to wait on him.  Psalm 27:14 says, “Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.”  From this verse we see that waiting is a heart issue, because he needs to overcome a weak heart in order to do so. Those who do not wait on the Lord are not trusting with all of their heart.  So, as you face the trials of your life, trust in him, acknowledge his lead and wait for his directive.

Manufacturers of course, are not slackers when it comes to improving previously released drivers in order to fix bugs, errors and conflicts with other programs, (more common than you may think), or to increase peripheral functionality. For example, my HP home printer has had three improved drivers released in the past two years that have increased stability and functionality somewhat.

 During the sermon, a few thoughts leapt into my mind concerning this statement that Jesus made to Peter.  We see that Jesus was actually warning Peter of a trial that was soon to come his way.  Jesus was actually telling Peter that Satan was getting ready to come against him in a deliberate and harsh manner.  I'm not sure that Peter completely picked up on this and understood what was about to happen though. 

 But what I find interesting is the subject of Jesus' prayer for Peter.  For one, Jesus didn't tell Peter that he had rejected Satan's request to "sift" him - comforting words to Peter, I'm sure!  But even more notably in my mind, He didn't pray one whit for Peter to pass the test that he was about to enter into.  He didn't say "Peter, make sure you don't fail me, and just to help you out I have prayed for you to overcome Satan in this trial".  We find none of that language or even intent in Jesus' prayer.  Jesus doesn't even address how Peter should perform, what words he should say, or what his actions should be during his upcoming trial.

 So what was the subject of Jesus' prayer? It was for Peter to not lose his faith as a result of the trial.  That shows me that Jesus was not really concerned with Peter's performance during the trial he was about to face.  He didn't care whether or not Peter "passed with flying colors".  He didn't tell Peter "remember WWJD!!"  He was solely concerned with Peter's faith remaining intact throughout the trial and afterward.

 Why?

 Well, when you think about it, the battle that Peter was engaged in wasn't really about how well he was going to perform during the test he was to face.  No - the battle was for Peter's faith.  If Satan could take his faith from him, then he knew he would win the battle for Peter.  The same goes for us.  Our battles aren't really limited to each test that comes our way through life.  They are just skirmishes designed to make us lose the real battle for our faith. 

 When we enter into trials that test our faith, we must remember that the trial is not the real battleground.  These trials come our way as Satan's attempt to try to destroy our faith.  If he can destroy our faith, he wins US!  Remember the verse in Hebrews 11:6:

             And without faith it is impossible to please Him...(NASB)

 But there is more to this episode between Jesus and Peter than just not losing our faith during our trials.  The real beauty of Jesus' prayer is this...It doesn't matter how many times we fail a trial, as long as we keep our faith, we still win!!  If we fail every single trial from the day we become a Christian until the day we die - but we retain our faith - we are still the winners!  You see, God is big enough, and merciful enough, to take all of our failures and make something positive of them.

 That can't be right - How does that work!?  It's really simple when you think about it.  Our experience with God is not based on our works.  The Bible says that our righteousness is as filthy rags.  But every time we fail, Jesus' righteousness is right there to cover up the mistakes.  So, through our faith, Jesus never sees our failures and never holds them against us, even if we never get a single trial right.  Wow - That must really burn Satan (no pun intended).!! 

 In my mind, even though these are not the recorded words of Jesus, this is what I think His prayer meant - "Peter, I don't care if you screw up the trial that is coming.  It doesn't matter - If that happens, my blood and righteousness will cover your failure.  But in order for that to occur, you have to keep your faith.  Don't get down on yourself and don't lose your faith".

 Not sure about you, but with my track record, I like having that kind of reassurance to live with.

Dalam persidangan sebelumnya terungkap bahwa Bank Indonesia Mirm/iMin;ik.ni (kinu dari YPPI sebesar Rp 100 nuli.ir Menurut berkas pemeriksaan Rusli Simanjuntak yang dimiliki Tempo, dari jumlah tersebut, sebesar Rp 31,5 miliar dikeluarkan untuk pembahasan amendemen Undang-Undang Bank Indonesia dan penyelesaian Bantuan Likuiditas Bank Indonesia di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat. Sisanya, sebesar Rp 68,5 miliar, dipakai untuk penanganan di bidang hukum mantan pejabat Bank Indonesia.

Kesaksian Anwar dibenarkan Burhanuddin. Baksi lain bagi Oey dan Rusli. Menurut din, ldo mengompensasikan tanah de-ngan pinjaman itu muncul lantaran YPPI saal Itu tongan membutuhkan tanah, Adapunsebidang tanah yang ln-inLik di pinjamkan kepada YPPI berlokasi di Jalan Kemang Raya No-mor 32, Jakarta Selatan, dengan jangka waktu peminjaman 20 tahun. Terhadap solusi itu, menurut Burhanuddin, Ketua BPK (alah memberikan persetujuan. Namun, dalam kesaksiannya, Anwar memberikan pengakuan sebaliknya. "Saya sarankan kepa da mereka untuk membayar su-ja uang tersebut untuk menyelesaikan masalah sesuai denganaini.ni," katanya.

Dalam kesaksiannya, Anwar kembali membantah jika dikatakan bahwa dirinya pernah meminta Oey memusnahkan barung bukti seperti pernah di sampaikan Oey padu persidangan sebelumnya, Barang bukti yang diminta Anwar untuk dimusnahkan adalah dokumen rapat Dewan Gubernur; yang didalamnya ada tanda tangan Anwar. "Tidak, itu fitnah," kuta Anwur saut ditanyai hakim mengenai kebenaran pemyutuun nev "Maroko datang dua kah, tanpa membawa dokumen apu pun."

Suut diberi kesempatan untuk menanggapi ketcrungun Anwar, Oey dan Rusli menyatakan keberatan terhadap sungguhan Anwar "Saya tetap menyatakan bahwa Anwar meminta saya membakar dokumen tersebut," ujar Oey, yang disetujui Rusli. "Saya sama."

Cara pertama adalah mengompensasi dana itu dengan lahan milik BI yang dipakai YTPI di Kemang. Jakarta Selatan. Kedua, dengan cara pembuatan akta pengakuan utang (APU). Hal ini terungkap dalam sidang di Pengadilan Khusus Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Jakarta, Senin (25/8), dengan terdakwa pejabat BI, Oey Hoey Tiong dan Rusli Simanjuntak. Keduanya dituduh terlibat korupsi aliran dana BI dan dana YPPI kepada sejumlah mantan pejabat BI dan anggota DPR periode 1999-2004.

Sidang dipimpin Ketua Majelis Hakim Moefri. menghadirkan saksi Ketua Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Anwar Nasution, mantan Gubernur BI Burhanuddin Abdullah. Direktur Hukum BI Rosita Roza. dan Deputi Gubernur BI Raden Maulana Ibrahim.

Jaksa penuntut umum Agus Salim menanyakan kepada Anwar soal cara pengembalian dana YPPI, yaitu peminjaman lahan BI dan APU. "Hal itu ada catatan dari Lukman Benyamin, Direktur Pengawasan Internal BI, pada saya. Ia mengatakan, pengembalian dana Rp 100 miliar itu berupa peminjaman lahan BI yang kini dipakai YPPI. Pertanyaan saya cuma satu kepada Pak Lukman saat itu, apa dasar hukumnya0 Saya tahu ini cuma direkayasa oleh BI," kata Anwar.  Mengenai APU, Anwar mengatakan, ia tidak tahu soal itu. Namun, dalam sidang sebelumnya, mantan direksi BI menyebutkan ada perjanjian pengakuan utang antara mereka dan BI.

Burhanuddin saat menjadi saksi juga mengatakan, "Ada permintaan dari YPPI untuk menggunakan lahan BI. Lalu saya berpikir untuk mengompensasikan dengan pinjaman Rp 100 miliar itu. Saya lalu minta ketemu Ketua BPK. Saat itu Ketua BPK mengiyakan untuk kompensasi bagi Rp 31,5 miliar uang dari YPPI dengan tanah BI di Kemang." Saat ditanyakan bagaimana dengan dana Rp 68.5 miliar lainnya. Burhanuddin mengatakan dengan menggunakan APU. Ia juga mengakui, pembuatan APU bukan saran dari Ketua BPK.

Namun, dalam surat mantan Gubernur BI Soedradjad Djiwandono kepada Lukman Bunyamin yang ditemukan KPK terungkap. Soedradjad menyampaikan kekhawatirannya mengenai alasan yang harus disampaikan terkait uang yang ia terima Dalam surat itu. Soedradjad yang menerima bantuan Rp 25 miliar dari dana YPPI menyatakan berat baginya saat ditanyakan peruntukan uang itu. Ia menyebutkan tak pernah mengakukan pinjaman atas uang itu. Soedradjad juga khawatir, jika ia mengatakan uang dari BI itu untuk penyelesaian kasus hukumnya, ia nanti dianggap menyuap (Kompas 14/8).

Anwar mengungkapkan, ia pernah memanggil Burhanuddin pada 5 Juli 2005 untuk menyelesaikan masalah dana YTPI senilai Rp 100 miliar itu. "Saya katakan, kembalikan uang YPPI ini. Saya memberikan waktu dari Juli 2005. saya baru lapor ke KPK November 2006." katanya.

Selain memanggil Burhanuddin. Anwar juga menyebutkan ia memanggil Paskah Suzetta, Wakil Ketua Komisi XI DPR pada waktu itu. "Saya panggil Paskah karena dia punya pengaruh besar di DPR. Saya katakan ada masalah ini, kembalikanlah uang itu. Malu kalau seperti ini. Apa jawab Paskah? Dia mengatakan. Burhanuddin yang harusnya menyelesaikan. Saya katakan, ya bicarakanlah dengan dia. Saya juga mengatakan ke Paskah, setelah kalian bayar, saya sebagai Ketua BPK punya hak untuk menyebutkan uang itu sudah dikembalikan sehingga tak ada kerugian negara," katanya

Ikut rapat BI

Anwar mengakui, sebagai Deputi Gubernur Senior BI, ia ikut rapat Dewan Gubernur BI pada 22 Juli 2003. Namun, dalam rapat itu sama sekali tidak dibahas soal pinjaman dana untuk bantuan hukum bagi mantan direksi BI yang tersandung perkara hukum. Dalam rapat itu disebutkan rencana pembentukan Pusat Pengembangan Studi Kemasyarakatan dengan rencana peminjaman uang dari YTPI.

"Saya sempat menyampaikan keberatan jika harus meminjam uang dari YTPI. Tetapi, dalamhidup, kita harus bertoleransi kepada teman. Jadi, itu alasan saya kenapa saya ikut tanda tangan." kata Anwar.

Oey saat memberikan tanggapan atas kesaksian Anwar mengatakan, dalam rapat 22 Juli 2003 itu Anwar tidak pernah menyampaikan keberatan. Bahkan. AJiwar mengatakan, sepanjang untuk kepentingan institusi, dia setuju.

Anwar menjawab. "Saya katakan sepanjang sesuai koridor hukum, saya setuju." Anwar juga mengungkapkan, mantan direksi BI sebenarnya sudah menerima dana bantuan hukum yang berasal dari dana resmi BI sebesar Rp 27,5 miliar. Saat di BPK ia baru tahu bahwa mantan direksi BI yang tersandung kasus hukum terkait Bantuan Likuiditas BI itu kembali menerima dana bantuan yang berasal dari YTPI. "Untuk dana resmi BI ada kontraknya. Kalau dana dari YPPI tak ada kontraknya," kata Anwar.

OC Kaligis, penasihat hukum Rusli, dalam persidangan mengatakan akan melaporkan Anwar kepolisi karena menyebut Oey dan Rusli sebagai monyet-monyet. Kata-kata kasar yang disampaikan Anwar itu dimuat dalam berita di sebuah media nasional. Namun. Ketua Majelis Hakim mengingatkan Kaligis supaya menyampaikan fakta yang terjadi dalam persidangan saja. "Kalau fakta itu ada di luar persidangan, silakan penasihat hukum menggunakan cara lain." kata Moefri.

Kaligis memasalahkan dua surat Anwar kepada Burhanuddin pula. Pertama, surat elektronik Anwar pada 24 Juli 2003 pukul 170850. Surat itu ditujukan ke Dewan Gubernur BI. Bunbunan BJ Hutapea. Burhanuddin Abdullah. Aulia Pohan. Maman H Sumantri. Aslim Tadjuddin, R Maulana Ibrahim, dan Hartadi A Sarwono, tentang pembentukan Dewan Supeivisi BI oleh pemerintah. Sono disintegrato! Non credo di aver mai percorso così tanti km in moto su e giù per sentieri a tratti anche impegnativi.

Complimenti a Jonata e a tutti gli organizzatori, ai piloti presenti (circa 300!!!!) a tutte le aziende che hanno supportato l'evento, all'amministrazione comunale di Bormio e a tutte le amministrazioni dei comuni che hanno autorizzato il passaggio sul loro territorio, a dimostrazione del fatto che quando ci si confronta tra persone sensate si può trovare un punto di incontro sostenibile.

Questo è lo spirito del trial, questa è la radice della tolleranza, dello scambio e dell'arricchimento reciproco.

Venerdì non ho potuto presenziare a causa - diciamo - di "problemi lavorativi". Sabato oltre 100 km di sentieri con uno zaino da 15 kg sulle spalle mi hanno ridotto un rottame.

Ma ho tenuto duro e domenica, come tanti, sono stato premiato. Una giornata come poche se ne vedono ultmiamente ci ha accompagnati lungo tutto il percorso per le montagne dell'alta Valtellina. Uno spettacolo!

This morning I received some surprising news. The prosecutor in charge of the felony case, stemming from Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick’s alleged assault on a Wayne County sheriff’s deputy, offered him a plea deal: agree to resign and one of the charges will be dropped, which would avoid a trial. Some might view it as an attempt by the powers-to-be to force him out of office, since realistically the offer leaves only one choice. Others would view it as an attempt to spare Detroiters a messy, embarrassing trial. Not one to surprise, Kilpatrick’s team announced that they would proceed forward with a trial.

At this point, I do not objectively see how Kilpatrick has very many options. He has the felony case over his head. He has the perjury case over his head. He has the sex-and-text case over his head. Any of these cases or combination would be enough to topple or at least weaken Kilpatrick. If it’s one case that will probably do it, then it will be the one where he’s facing the felonies, as a standing mayor cannot be convicted of any felonies.

As a result of the bad publicity that Kilpatrick has poorly at addressing, Detroit’s public image is at an all time low. The business community is divided. There’s Dave Bing, whom has come out publicly to decry him and ask for his resignation. The other camp led by Peter Karmanos allegedly met with Worthy’s office to try to get some plea bargain to salvage Kilpatrick’s future. Also, his bad image has damaged his ability to campaign for Obama, our country’s first feasible African-American candidate. In essence, he is tainted and slowly and surely, people are isolating themselves from him. The only thing that Kilpatrick can do for everyone’s benefit is for him to do the right thing, which he has yet to do.

I cannot help but laugh when I heard about the alleged plea bargains that have offered on Kilpatrick’s behalf. Why would she have accepted it, when what she should do is to see this through to the end so that, if for no other reason, Kilpatrick’s supporters will see that he has had his day? For many Kilpatrick’s supporters, this is their feeble defense. While every citizen is constitutionally entitled to a trial of their peers, anybody with a passing knowledge of the legal system knows how juries can be stacked in either side’s favor. Furthermore, there have been numerous alleged instances where presumably guilty people were cleared because of their financial resources and access to legal teams to which few regular citizens have access. Let us not be mistaken. Kilpatrick is far from being a regular person. He is someone raised around politics and influential people and given more of a silver spoon than most. Kilpatrick has not struggled like most of his constituents have been forced to do. No, Kilpatrick has been the crown prince of Detroit-delusional in the belief that he has done nothing wrong.

I am not surprised that Kilpatrick did not take the plea bargain. He has not ever admitted any wrong doing whether it is in concealing his confirmed affair or in trying to slide the $9 million settlement past Detroit City Council. If Kilpatrick has apologized, it is long after the fact. Rather than do the politically smart, proactive thing of admitting his wrongdoing, he has kept the policy of deny, deny, deny. I have to wonder at what point will his supporters (those that have nothing to gain) realize the depth of his deception. I hope that it is soon because Detroit cannot afford to remain on its current path. If Detroit is to move forward, Kilpatrick must simply do the right thing.

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia: Plans to begin the trial of a former Khmer Rouge jailer will be delayed by the prosecutors' attempt to have more charges added to the indictment of the suspect, judges for Cambodia genocide tribunal complained on Friday.

The delay is regrettable, the judges said in a statement a day after the tribunal's prosecutors decided to appeal the indictment for Kaing Guek Eav, also known as Duch.

Duch headed the S-21 prison in Phnom Penh in the late 1970s. About 16,000 men, women and children are believed to have been held at the prison, which served as a torture center for the Khmer Rouge. Only 14 are thought to have survived.

The number is a small fraction of the estimated 1.7 million deaths attributed to the radical policies of the communist Khmer Rouge, who held power in 1975-79.

The trial for Duch, 66, had been expected to open in late September.

But it now "will be delayed by the appeal" of the prosecutors, the investigating judges said in a brief statement Friday.

While "regretting" the delay, the judges said they "remain determined to do their utmost to ensure that justice is rendered to the Cambodian people as speedily as possible."

It is not clear how long it will take to rule on the prosecutors' appeal.

Many fear the five former Khmer Rouge leaders in detention may die before they face justice.

On Thursday, the tribunal's prosecutors said they will seek to have charges of homicide and torture — crimes under Cambodian national law — added to the indictment.

They said limiting the indictment to charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes, which fall under international law and for which Duch has been indicted, "may prevent the trial chamber from fully accounting for Duch's criminal responsibility" during his tenure at the prison.

The prosecutors argued that Duch should also be charged "for his responsibility as a co-perpetrator for a significant number of crimes that occurred as part of a joint criminal enterprise inside" the prison.

They said their mandate "is not just to prosecute certain individuals but ... also to ensure the recording of a full and truthful account of the crimes of the Khmer Rouge and the individual criminality of those responsible for them.

Henry was the victim of harrasment in the workplace!

He was hated by the three woman (who were close friends) as one of them was disciplined for poor work practices and she believed Henry to be the one that "complained about her". This started a chain of events of harassment and gossip against Henry. There were many people that worked with Henry Alexander that knew, heard, and saw the behaviour of these women towards Henry Alexander.

Henry Alexander is a good family man who is honest, reliable and caring towards all people. He is loved by all who know him. He could not resign from his job when the bullying and gossip began has he was committed to providing for his family and needed to work. He was assured permanent hours at George Vowell and that is why he stayed, even though things were getting increasingly difficult.

The accusations of these women are false!

There was no proper documentation, not because the procedures of George Vowell were inadequate, but because they were making things up as they went and it got to the point that their accusations started becoming public and they needed to back up their claims. PCA's, nurses and management staff that worked with Henry had NEVER seen Henry act or behave inappropriately. He was a well respected staff member who was known for his professionalism. The three accusers on the other hand were well documented as complacent, problematic and untrustworthy.

Henry Alexander was not able to defend himself properly in court!!

Henry Alexander was advised against speaking in his defence regarding workplace harrassment and the gossiping and malicious lies that had been circulating against him.

There were/are many staff members that supported Henry and were willing to speak up about what was happening. In court - they weren't allowed to mention the lies and gossiping at work, Henry wasn't allowed to refer to their accusations as 'LIES'. He wasn't even allowed to use that word in court.  All he was permitted to do was to respond to the charges in plain terms.

Where is the justice?

TOMORROW IS HENRY ALEXANDER'S APPEAL. HE MUST BE SET FREE.

THE TRUTH MUST BE REVEALED AND THE THREE WOMEN THAT LIED AGAINST HIM SO MALICIOUSLY MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT KNOW THE REAL TRUTH AND THEY MUST SPEAK UP AS AN INNOCENT MAN HAS HAD HIS LIFE DESTROYED.

There was no crime except for the crime against Henry Alexander.

THE TRUTH NEEDS TO BE REVEALED

För ett par år sedan såg jag en film från en demo Patrikl Björkqvist körde när han fortfarande var sponsrad av Giant. För honom räckte:

• ca 20 lastpallar.
• Ett par små "trälådor"
• En höjdhoppställning

Voila, vi har en simpel trialdemo-anläggning. Utifrån detta kan man lägga till saker och utveckla in absurdum. Men det krävs inte jättemycket för att publiken ska säga wow och andas in lite häftigt.

Tanggapan itu muncul dari Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Korupsi (JAM Pidsus)

Kejakgung Marwan Effendi. Kepada wartawan, Jumat (22/8), Marwan mengatakan, ada ketidakseimbangan dalam tuntutan itu. "Saya tidak mengatakan tuntutan itu keliru, tapi hanya menyoroti penerapan pasalnya. Seharusnya ada keseimbangan antara Artalyta Suryani dan Urip," ujarnya.

Menurut Marwan, jaksa KPK menjerat Artalyta sebagai penyuap dengan Pasal 5 ayat (1) UU No 31/1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Dalam pasal tersebut, kata Marwan, ketentuan mengenai hukuman bagi penerima suap diatur dalam ayat (2) dengan ancaman hukuman yang sama, jadi, ujarnya, kalau Artalyta ancaman hukumannya hanya lima tahun, Urip seharusnya juga seperti itu. Paling tidak, paparnya, karena dia (Urip red.) pegawai negeri, ditambah sepertiga dari hukuman.

Apalagi, kata mantan Kajati DKI ini, Urip bukanlah penerima suap aktif. Urip tidak menukar penghentian kasus BLBI Sjamsul Nursalim dengan uang sebesar USS 660 ribu atau setara Rp6 miliar. Penghentian kasus itu diputuskan oleh tim penyelidik dengan dasar tidak ditemukan bukti tentang terjadinya korupsi.

Lebih lanjut, Marwan menyatakan, Urip yang juga didakwa melakukan pemerasanterhadap mantan Kepala BPPN Glenn Yusuf, lantas pria asal Sragen, Jawa Tengah ini dijerat dengan Pasal 12b UU yang sama, itu keliru. Pasal yang tepat untuk pemerasan dalam kasus ini adalah Pasal 12e, 12f, atau 12g. "Pasal 12 b itu kalau tida"k salah pemerasan dengan unsur paksaan. Tapi apa betul Urip memaksa, karena kalau saya baca dari keterangan saksi anggota tim penyelidik BLBI, pengacara Glenn yang mendatangi," kata Marwan.

Saat disinggung lebih jauh, Marwan enggan mengomentari alasan jaksa menuntut Urip dengan hukuman yang tinggi karena perbuatan Urip dianggap merusak citra Kejakgung. "Saya tidak mau menanggapi itu. Ya itu relatif, tergantung mereka menilainya. Kita juga pernah menuntut orang lebih tinggi daripada itu," pungkasnya. isa
